WELCOME TO GETABOUQUET.COM.  THE SITE IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY, Get A Bouquet Co. S.P.C. (HEREAFTER “GETaBOUQUET.com”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (THIS “AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING GETABOUQUET.COM, ITS MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES (INCLUDING FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND TWITTER PAGES) AND ANY SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH GETABOUQUET.COM, ITS MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND AFFILIATED SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATED BY USERS UTILIZING THE GETABOUQUET.COM PLATFORM (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO HEREAFTER AS THE “SITE ”). THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF GETABOUQUET.COM.

  1. GETaBOUQUET.com is not a Venue
  • GETaBOUQUET.com provides a simple and convenient venue where customers who visit or use the Site can browse listings of flower sellers (“Florists”) composed of floral arrangements and related goods, and make purchases within a set-price format.
  • The Site serves as an online floral marketplace.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com is an online ordering service for flower delivery.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com does not sell or interfere with the creation of floral arrangements nor does it carry out deliveries. It merely provides customers with the ability to view and choose from a selection of floral arrangements from Florists that deliver.  The Florists are obligated to comply with all applicable country laws.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com does in no way independently verify the representations, products and credentials of Florists, or that Florists are in compliance with applicable laws. Customers must make themselves comfortable through information provided by Florists on the Site, relevant regulatory databases, or other relevant credible information sources.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com does not in any way guarantee the quality of flowers, nor does it guarantee that floral arrangements match the images displayed on the Site. Images are merely provided as an indication of colour, layout and size and will depend on the Florist’s ability to fulfill orders as close as possible to mimic images of floral arrangements selected.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com shall not be liable or responsible for any products or services offered by Florists that is the cause of injury, and that is unacceptable to customers or that does not meet the expectations of customers in any manner.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com shall not be liable or responsible for any erroneous addresses. Customers are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy and legitimacy of delivery addresses. All deliveries are the sole responsibility of the Florist accepting the order even when third-party delivery companies are used to carry out delivery services on behalf of the Florist. Customers must be aware that Florists will do all they can to carry out deliveries to meet the time specified, however customers must also be aware that factors exist beyond their control that could affect the delivery time of the floral arrangements. GETaBOUQUET.com does in no way guarantee delivery times specified by Florists and will not be held liable in any way to any late deliveries.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com is not directly involved in or otherwise a party to any transactions that may take place between Florists and customers. GETaBOUQUET.com has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the Florist’s listings or any claims made by Florists about the products or services they offer, the truth or accuracy of the listings created by Florists, the ability of Florists to sell the items or the ability of the customer to pay for the items. All purchases made by customers from Florists are made at each customer’s own risk.
  1. Order Processing
  • Once a floral arrangement from a Florist is selected, Customers should add this to their cart in order to Check Out. All information should be checked by Customers before clicking Check Out as GETaBOUQUET.com will not be held liable for any mistaken addresses. Once GETaBOUQUET.com receives your order, it will send you a message once the order has been sent successfully to the Florist.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Once an order has been placed, customers are not able to cancel an order.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com has the right to cancel an order due to any discrepancies it feels may be present. The customer will be notified if this occurs.
  • Florists may cancel an order even if Customers received a confirmation that the order has been sent successfully to the Florist. GETaBOUQUET.com and registered Florists reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will do their best to notify you immediately of the cancellation.
  1. Order Delivery
  • Delivery is the sole responsibility of the Florist and will be carried out to the address provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. GETaBOUQUET.com and Florists are not liable for any mistaken addresses provided by the customer. The Florist shall not make deliveries to any address that is different to the address provided by the customer unless indicated by the customer to GETaBOUQUET.com and the Florist 6 hours before the delivery is due to be made.
  • If a customer indicates a change in address less than 6 hours before the delivery is due to be made, the Florist has the right to apply extra charges up to BD 15 to fulfill the order delivery.
  • Customers must ensure that the recipient is available to accept the delivery when it is made. At times, Florists reserve the right to call the recipient before carrying out a delivery to ensure their availability, however this is merely the Florist’s right and may not be carried out with every delivery. Ensuring the recipient’s availability at the time of delivery remains the customer’s responsibility.
  • Extra charges up to BD 15 may apply if an attempt at delivery is made and the recipient was not available to collect. Customers are responsible for any extra charges applied by Florists that arise from a failed delivery.
  1. Product Return
  • In relation to any product returns, the terms of the Florist apply.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com does not undertake any responsibilities regarding disputes that may arise from the terms belonging to Florists with regards to product returns.
  • In case of a return, Florists will be responsible for all charges that arise from such a return. GETaBOUQUET.com will not be liable for any amount arising from a return accepted by the Florist.
  1. Refund Policy
  • In the event of any problems with your order that you are not fully satisfied with, please send an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to rectify the problem. GETaBOUQUET.com reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds through store credit. Customers are to be aware that cash refunds are highly unlikely and shall make themselves comfortable with this before making an order on GETaBOUQUET.com.
  • GETaBOUQUET.com will do its best to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • No refund in any way will be made if the Recipient refuses to accept an order made by the customer.
  1. Content, Material & Licenses
  • We own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Site, including any intellectual property rights which exist on the Site, whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever those rights may exist. Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with GETaBOUQUET.com, nothing in this Agreement gives you a right to use any of GETaBOUQUET.com’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features.
